ABOUT CHARLES HENDERSON ANIMAL RESCUE
Charles Henderson Animal Rescue is a dog & cat animal rescue shelter & adoption center that was founded in July 2012. Charles Henderson Animal Rescue has rescued & rehomed over 400 animals in the past 8 months and we are just getting started but we really need your help to continue to do what we do.
Charles Henderson Animal Rescue is a qualified 501c3 public charitable organization with the IRS & a New York State recognized not for profit corporation.
Charles Henderson Animal Rescue is an approved animal rescue shelter adoption center & humane society. Our boots are on the ground on the frontlines of the animal rescue epidemic.
Charles Henderson Animal Rescue is a grassroots organization that gets our hands dirty, leads from the front and is downrange rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming helpless dogs & cats that are needlessly being inhumanely put to sleep every day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
3-4 million dogs & 6-8 million cats are being inhumanely killed every year in the United States. This is an unconscionable abomination and totally unacceptable crime against humanity!!!

One at a time and as many as we can provide for properly, Charles Henderson Animal Rescue is committed to endowing our animals with a decent quality of life and a safe haven where resources are plentiful and the environment enriches and stimulates positively and productively as well as enhances the mental, psychological and emotional well being of the animals in our care until being adopted out to new forever homes with loving, caring and compassionate human being partners.
There is an adoption donation fee which covers the costs associated with getting the dog or cat ready to be adopted to their new forever home which includes being brought up to date with vaccinations, being spayed or neutered, microchipped, defleaed & dewormed.
