William C. Head (also known as Bubba Head) is Board Certified in DUI - criminal defense by NCDD . He is known to his friends as "Bubba". He started the first Internet Directory specifically for DUI defense attorneys in , and still helps other attorneys with their legal marketing. He started the first NHTSA-based training course for attorneys in . That same year, he hosted the first Mastering Scientific Evidence (MSE) Program in Atlanta.
