Daniel Weiner is a US and UK licensed attorney, based in San Diego, who provides trust administration and probate services to families and individuals across California. Dan guides his clients through the often confusing maze of financial and legal decisions to create plans that ensure the well-being of their families and the accomplishment of cherished family goals. His practice focuses on probate administration & litigation, estate tax minimization, special needs planning and Medi-Cal asset protection planning.

Prior to setting up his firm, Dan worked at leading international law firms including Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer for over ten years. During that time he provided legal counsel to renowned clients which included major investment banks and Fortune 500 companies.

Dan advised on groundbreaking cryptocurrency transactions and his work in this area was published in a major international publication, International Financial Law Review. Dan obtained his law degree from The University of Birmingham in the UK and his master of laws degree (LLM) from Duke Law School.

On a personal note, Dan was born and raised in London and moved to the States in 2017. He and his Texan wife have two young children: five year old Aiden and three year old Emma.
